Vinyl Card Case

Today I sewed up a few vinyl cases.  They are the perfect size for I.D's, library cards, or punch cards that local shops use to track our purchases.

I sewed them just like I would sew anything else. I didn't use any special attachments. However, when I finished my seam, I applied Fray Check to reinforce the stitching.

Fray Check comes in a little bottle. It's awesome because it has a little point, like super glue for acrylic nails, for easy seam application. I love this product! Get some!

My mom said that she'd find use for a case of her own, so one of them will go to her. My husband said that he would like to use one for his hunting and fishing registration papers. What a good idea! I just needed one because I wanted to separate my cash card from my other cards in my pouch. I find it nice for carrying folded up receipts from the cash card as well.

Okay, that's all I have time for today. Before I go, I just want to ask a technical question from any readers. I have tried making my blog font black in color. I noticed on my husbands computer that it shows up purple occasionally, due to my messing around with configurations. I would like to know which font color is displayed most often on other computers? I would also like to know if the font size is nice to read?  Thanks so much!

Happy Sewing!

Your 11/11 entry was partially in black and partially in purple. The font type and size is very easy for me to read.
